The Memphis Grizzlies ruled out Lamar Stevens (groin) for Friday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Stevens started and played 37 minutes in the Grizzlies' last game, but is now dealing with a groin injury and will miss Friday's game against the Lakers. His absence could open up a starting job for Jack White or Timmy Allen.
Stevens was solid in his last game, scoring 16 points with 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 4 blocks in the game.
