Golden State Warriors guard Gary Payton II (calf) is doubtful for Friday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans.
Payton II is expected to miss both parts of Golden State's back-to-back. Look for Brandin Podziemski to operate in backup role at the guard positions.
Podziemski's current projection includes 6.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.8 assists.
