Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier (neck) will not play in Sunday's game against the Toronto Raptors.
Rozier is sidelined his fourth straight game with neck spasms. Look for Caleb Martin to play an increased role against a Toronto team ranked 27th in defensive rating.
Martin's current projection includes 10.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 2.1 assists.
