The Detroit Pistons ruled out Cade Cunningham (knee) for Sunday's game against the San Antonio Spurs.
Cunningham will sit out the Pistons' series finale, leaving Marcus Sasser to close out the year at point guard.
Sasser is projected for 29 FanDuel points and has a $5,400 salary for this afternoon's contests.
