Point guard Kendall Marshall was waived after being traded from the Philadelphia 76ers to the Utah Jazz.
The 76ers received Thibor Pleiss, two second round picks and cash as compensation for Marshall in the deal. He will likely get picked up as a backup point guard, but isn't relevant for fantasy purposes.
Marshall averaged 3.7 points and a career-low 2.4 assists per game on 36.4 percent shooting from the field last season. He logged 13.3 minutes a night and has played for four different teams during his four seasons in the league.
