March Madness: The Top 10 Individual Performances of the Opening Weekend
These 10 players delivered the best individual performances of the NCAA Tournament's first two rounds.

1. Jarron Cumberland, Cincinnati

Round of 64 vs. Georgia State
nERD: 79.78
27 points, 11 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals

Jarron Cumberland was a force to be reckoned with in the Bearcats' opening round win over 15 seed Georgia State. Cumberland scored 27 points, including 4 three-balls and a nearly pristine 7-of-8 game from the free throw line.

Cumberland also ripped down 11 rebounds, 8 of which came on the offensive end. This was instrumental in Cincinnati's ability to create additional opportunities and score in close versus the Panthers.

Cincinnati could have used Cumberland's first-round performance against the Nevada Wolf Pack in the Round of 32. When Cumberland fouled out early, Nevada was able to put the finishing touches on its late-game comeback and pull off the upset without him on the floor.

Still, Cumberland's monster first game of the 2018 NCAA Tournament stands alone as the best individual performance of March Madness so far.
