Michigan has gotten the benefit of a well-rounded team performance this March, as Villanova is the only other squad left with four players boasting cumulative nERD scores over 33. The Wolverines are also the only one remaining without a player who with a nERD score above 60, but that shouldn't take away from the fact that Matthews is having a strong tournament.

The sophomore forward leads Michigan in both points (16.5) and rebounds (7.3) in the tournament and has made just under 66% of his two-point attempts. He also stands out for is consistency, producing nERD scores above 14 in three games this March.
