DraftKings Daily Fantasy Football Helper for Week 1
Vegas thinks Washington's Monday night game with Pittsburgh is going to be a high-scoring affair, giving Jordan Reed some nice upside. What other players should you target this week on DraftKings?

Defenses

High-Cost Option: Kansas City Chiefs ($3,600)

With defenses, we're looking for those that are able to generate sacks and create turnovers. Seven-point home favorites against the Chargers, the Chiefs match our criteria and look like a good bet to produce fantasy points at a reasonable $3,600 salary. Last year, only the Carolina Panthers had a higher interception rate than the Chiefs' defense, which is probably tied to KC finishing in the top-10 in sack percentage. Justin Houston won't be out there, but this defense has enough depth that it should still be able to produce.

Mid-Cost Option: Philadelphia Eagles ($3,300)

Home four-point favorites, the Eagles defense has a terrific matchup against the Robert Griffin III-led Browns. Cleveland has a lowly implied total of 19, the second-lowest on the slate. RG3 attempting a bunch of passes in comeback mode is a great recipe for sacks and turnovers. There is also the upside of Darren Sproles returning punts.

Low-Cost Option: Green Bay Packers ($2,800)

The Jacksonville Jaguars gave up the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing defenses last year and allowed the fourth-most sacks and sixth-most interceptions. Seventh in sacks last year, Green Bay should be able to pressure Blake Bortles, who led the NFL in picks last year with 18.

Others to consider: Seattle Seahawks ($3,900), Arizona Cardinals ($3,500)
