8 NFL FanDuel Studs to Target in Week 1
Drew Brees and the Saints should light it up in Week 1. Who else is worth paying up for?

Antonio Brown, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers

FanDuel Price: $9,300
Projected Points: 21.20

Antonio Brown is our highest projected fantasy wide receiver this year, and it all begins with Week 1. The addition of Josh Norman to the Redskins' secondary makes the matchup look tough for Brown, but Norman is only one piece added to a defense that ranked 29th in fantasy points allowed to opposing primary wide receivers last season.

Brown will have his work cut out for him against Norman, who was Pro Football Focus' third-ranked cornerback in coverage last season, but they won't be matched up against each other for the entire game. Last season, Brown ran 20% of his routes from the slot, while Norman stayed outside 98% of the time.

The Redskins will also be starting two new safeties this season and failed to upgrade their defensive line, after ranking 26th in the NFL in sacks last season. Even with the addition of one the NFL's best cornerbacks, this Redskins defense still needs a lot of work, and Brown hardly needs the help of an easy matchup in order to have a good game.

Of the regular season games in which Ben Roethlisberger has played in with him, Brown has hauled in at least 5 receptions and 50 yards since the final game of the 2012 season. Roethlisberger is healthy for Week 1, and Brown remains the top target on an offense with the third-highest implied total.
