Which players from Week 2 helped put their team in the best position to succeed?

Tight End: Greg Olsen

Greg Olsen, TE, Carolina Panthers
5 Receptions, 122 Yards, 8 Targets, 1 TD
Performance: 89, NEP: +11.00

After finishing second in NEP last week among tight ends, Olsen followed it up in Week 2 with the highest total among tight ends. He had little difficulty finding holes in the San Francisco 49ers' defense, getting open with ease. He finished the day with 5 receptions on 8 targets for 122 yards and 1 touchdown.

Olsen had a monster play to get his name on the stat sheet. His first reception came in the second quarter when he was able to get past the secondary and haul in a 78-yard pass and take it to the house for the score. He ended up seeing 7 more targets throughout the game and eclipsed the 100-yard mark. Only Rob Gronkowski has more 100-yard outings over the past two seasons.

After the first two weeks with very little fantasy scoring at the tight end position, Olsen ranks as the TE1. Averaging 18.8 PPR points per game and 8.5 targets, Olsen has been a strong fantasy contributor with both a high floor and ceiling on whom you can count from a week-to-week basis.
