5 NFL Stats to Know Through Week 3
A pair of rookie quarterbacks broke an NFL record, and the Minnesota Vikings' defense is on a record-breaking pace of their own.

Ryan Fitzpatrick Threw Six Interceptions in Week 3

Ryan Fitzpatrick’s six interceptions in Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs is tied for the sixth most interceptions by one player ever in an NFL game, and it is only one shy of tying for the record of seven interceptions.

He actually completed more touchdown passes to his opponents (one) than he did to anyone on his own team (none) this past Sunday. Only two other quarterbacks have thrown as many interceptions all season as Fitzpatrick managed in just his last game.

Fitzpatrick will have another tough test this week against the Seattle Seahawks, whose rank fifth in Adjusted Defensive Net Expected Points (NEP) per play.
