Whoever is facing the Cleveland Browns on a given week is worth a look as a streamer.
This week, it's the Tennessee Titans who host the winless Browns on Sunday and will be facing either a banged up Cody Kessler or a banged up Josh McCown. If those two can't practice this week, the Browns would be down to Charlie Whitehurst at quarterback.
On the season, four out of the five teams to play the Browns have finished as a top-12 defense -- the only exception being the Miami Dolphins in Week 3.
The Titans' defense has been a pleasant surprise this season, ranking 12th overall, according to numberFire's schedule-adjusted Net Expected Points (NEP) metric. They check in 13th against the rush and 16th against the pass.
The Titans have had success getting after the quarterback through five games, ranking 8th in the league in sacks (12) and 12th in quarterback hits (26). Meanwhile, the Browns' offensive line has struggled keeping their quarterback upright, regardless of who is taking the snap. The Browns have allowed the sixth-most sacks (13) and fifth-most quarterback hits (36).
The Titans' defense has also picked off six passes through five games. Browns quarterbacks, on the other hand, have combined to throw five picks, which is, as a team, the ninth-most in the league.
Vegas has assigned this game a 45.5-point over/under with the Titans set as a 7-point home favorite. Fire up the Titans' defense as a unit with a pretty high ceiling.
