Kirk Cousins hasn't lived up to some of the lofty fantasy expectations that were set out for him this season, but he has been solid, finishing as a top-15 quarterback in four of his six games despite only cracking into the top 10 once.

He offers a lot of upside on a weekly basis, though, as Washington has the league's ninth-highest pass-run ratio -- including the eighth-highest clip in the red zone and fourth-highest mark on the goal line. That gives Cousins the potential for big touchdown numbers in any game.

He also draws an ideal matchup this week, taking on a Detroit Lions defense that ranks last in Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per play, and the Lions have allowed the most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks.
