The Tennessee Titans host Blake Bortles and the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday, making them an ideal streamer this week.

The New York Jets defense has not been good this year. According to numberFire metrics, the Jets defense ranks 22nd on the year.

But this week, the Jets travel to Cleveland to take on the Browns, who have been generous to opposing defense on the year. Five of the seven teams to face the Browns have finished as a top-12 unit that week.

The Browns have allowed the third most sacks on the year (21) and the most hits on their quarterback (61). It's unknown who will be under center for the Browns this week as Cody Kessler is in the league's concussion protocol and Josh McCown has been practicing since suffering a broken collarbone in Week 2, but may not yet be ready to play. Rookie Kevin Hogan is expected get the start if neither Kessler or McCown can give it a go.

Additionally, Terrelle Pryor, seemingly the only Browns playmaker still standing, is battling a hamstring injury and was clearly limited in last week's loss to the Bengals, mustering only two catches for 18 yards.

With so many teams on a bye this week, you could do worse than the Jets as a desperation streamer.
