5 NFL Stats to Know Through Week 8
Ben Roethlisberger, who has a chance to return this week, has been outstanding at home this season. How good has he been, and how nonexistent is Pittsburgh's pass rush?

Rob Gronkowski's 1.47 Reception NEP per Target Leads the NFL

Among all players to be targeted 10 or more times this season, none have added more expected points per target than Rob Gronkowski. Since recovering from a hamstring injury, Gronkowski has racked up over 90 receiving yards in four straight games and added a touchdown in each of the past three games.

He's averaging 16.33 fantasy points per game over that span, which easily leads all tight ends. His 473 receiving yards over the past four games are more than every tight end beside Greg Olsen has all season. If he can keep up this pace, he will shatter his previous career high of 1.06 Reception NEP per target, which he set back in 2011.

Following the Patriots' bye week, Gronkowski will take on the Seattle Seahawks, who have not allowed any opposing tight end to catch more than four passes or reach the 70-yard mark. Seattle has only given up one touchdown to a tight end all season.
