Trying to find another productive wide receiver to partner with stud Stefon Diggs for the Minnesota Vikings has proven to be a bit of a challenge -- first it was Cordarrelle Patterson, and then, it was supposed to be Laquon Treadwell. However, the solution may have been resolved with slot receiver Adam Thielen.
A product of division-two Minnesota State Mankato, Thielen has consistently been passed up by bigger name receivers, but he has started to come into his own in 2016. Over his last six games, Thielen has 33 catches for 373 yards and 3 touchdowns. And this has not been the result of producing in limited situations. Over that time span, Thielen has recorded a snap rate of 75% or higher in five of the six contests.
Given his high snap rate and increasing production, Thielen may be a cheap stud to stash for 2017.
