Fantasy Football: 10 Up-and-Coming Players to Target for Keeper Leagues
If you're looking ahead to next season in a keeper league, here are 10 players to consider rostering with your sights set on 2017.

Paul Perkins, RB, New York Giants

Yahoo Ownership: 22%

ESPN Ownership: 34.4%

This is definitely a play looking to the future. Drafted out of UCLA, Paul Perkins turned 22 less than a week ago and is still getting out-snapped and out-touched by Rashad Jennings by a pretty wide margin.

But Jennings is on the wrong side of this situation when we look to 2017, seeing as this is his age-31 season. While Perkins isn't getting as much playing time as Jennings right now, he is still seeing the field quite a bit, and his playing time has recently been building, peaking at 30 plays (40.0% snap rate) in Week 10.

Perkins seems to be the running back of the future for the New York Giants, and like Dixon, he could be a lot cheaper right now that he will be next August.
