The 5 Best Seasons of Tom Brady's Career
He's had quite a 17-year run. In that time, which seasons have been his most efficient?

3. 2010-2011

In the second of his two MVP seasons, Touchdown Tom did his nickname justice with 36 touchdowns and only 4 picks. His touchdown percentage of 7.3% was the second-highest of his career. Meanwhile, he completed 65.9% of passes while collecting 3,900 yards through the air.

Besides Welker's 86 catches, Brady distributed the ball pretty evenly among his targets. In the red zone, however, it was Gronk leading the attack again with 10 touchdowns on 42 total catches.

Thanks to some great touchdown numbers and a consistent short-yardage converter out wide, Brady accounted for 0.32 Pass NEP per drop back, which was 0.2191 above the league average of 0.1009. He totaled 152.66 Pass NEP on his 517 drop backs.

No matter their quarterback's success, the Patriots met a very unlikely outcome in the 2010 playoffs. After finishing 14-2 in the regular season, New England lost to the New York Jets in the AFC divisional round, in essence wasting a great individual passing season.
