The 10 Best States for NFL Talent
We generally assume certain states produce more top NFL talent than others, but how true is that notion?

7. Washington

CarAV: 900

Starting with none other than John Elway (138 career AV), the state of Washington sure has had its fair share of greats. In 16 seasons, he threw for over 50,000 yards and 300 touchdowns on his way to 9 Pro Bowls, 2 Super Bowl wins and an NFL MVP.

Brian Urlacher, with a 118 career AV in his own right, was also no slouch. He was a 4-time All-Pro linebacker in his 13 seasons with the Chicago Bears and was voted to the Pro Bowl on 8 occasions while making more than 1,000 tackles over the course of his outstanding career.

Drew Bledsoe isn't up to the standards of an Elway, but he was a solid, Super Bowl-winning quarterback nonetheless. Over the span of a 14-year career, he threw 251 touchdowns and racked up a career AV of 103.
