3. Priest Holmes, Kansas City Chiefs (2002)

In 2002, Holmes played just 14 games for the Chiefs. In them, however, he rushed for a career-high 1,615 yards on 5.16 yards per carry.

With 21 touchdowns on the ground and 3 more on catches out of the backfield, Holmes' season held an AV of 23. The league deemed it worthy of being named Offensive Player of the Year, not to mention Pro Bowl honors.
