As a writer, I have the luxury of getting to make do-overs to my (and my editors’) heart’s content before the words get published. If something is unclear, it gets addressed, and I send out a new version of the article. The review and drafting process of writing helps to make sure the best content gets out there.

In the NFL Draft, however, teams get just one crack at addressing the holes on their team. There is no do-over, no second chances to get it right.

That’s a lot of pressure.
