Every NFL Team's 2017 Draft Needs Based on Analytics
All 32 teams have holes going into this offseason. Which are the most glaring?

Arizona Cardinals

Top Needs: QB, WR, IOL, CB

One year after utter dominance, the Arizona Cardinals’ offense completely fell apart. The Cardinals’ wide receivers added up to just the 22nd-most Reception NEP per target in the league. When now-retired offensive guard Evan Mathis got injured, the linemen behind him allowed the fifth-highest Sack NEP in the league.

Quarterback Carson Palmer nearly retired this offseason and led just the 16th-best passing offense in the league last year. The Cardinals need to assess the future of their signal-caller position sooner rather than later.

The Cardinals’ depth cornerbacks (looking at you, Brandon Williams) were a mess, but the team did rank ninth in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play; they may kick that can down the road. The Cardinals also lose 51 percent of their defensive line snaps from last year if they don’t retain Calais Campbell and Frostee Rucker.
