It's not by much, but Luke McCown is a step above Sorgi. Unlike the lowest quarterback in the order, McCown started 10 games in his 14 NFL seasons, but never won more than a single game as a starter, nor did he throw more than five touchdowns in a single season.

HIs most valuable season came in 2007, having posted an AV of four in five appearances (three starts). As a Tampa Bay Buccaneer, he completed 67.6% of his passes for 1,009 yards and a quarterback rating of 91.7.
