Re-Drafting the Wide Receivers From the 2014 NFL Draft Using Advanced Analytics
In a loaded draft for wideouts, who will lay claim to the title of best pass-catcher in the class?

T8. Davante Adams

CarAV: 18

The Green Bay Packers' second-round selection, Davante Adams, shares the exact same career AV as Brown, to date. He also has been the same type of boom-or-bust pass-catcher in that he's had two poor seasons and one fairly valuable one.

After generating just 4 touchdowns on 88 catches through his first two seasons, the former Fresno State Bulldog went off for 75 receptions and 12 touchdowns in 16 games (15 starts) in 2016. During the breakout campaign, Adams improved his catch rate from 53.2% in 2015 to 62.0% in his third campaign in the NFL.
