Two years removed from his tenure with the Packers, Favre joined the division rival Vikings for his 19th professional season. And at the age of 40, he didn't disappoint one bit, earning Pro Bowl honors while tossing 33 touchdowns to a career-best 7 interceptions.

Under the veteran's leadership, the Vikings won 12 games and demolished the Cowboys in the Divisional Round. They came up just short of a Super Bowl bid with a 31-28 loss to the New Orleans Saints in their NFC Championship tilt.
