Fantasy Football: The Top 10 Rookie Running Backs for 2017
Everybody wants a piece of Leonard Fournette, but what other young backs should you be targeting in your fantasy football drafts?

3. Joe Mixon, Cincinnati Bengals

Average Draft Position: 3.07 (RB15)
Projected Fantasy Points: 139.82 (RB24)

By his off-the-field issues, Mixon isn't the most likable guy in football. But, if we're talking on-field play and expectations, you should like what the youngster has to offer this year. And, generally, fantasy drafters do, grabbing Mixon at pick 3.07 in standard leagues.

Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis was quoted as saying Mixon is "off the charts talent-wise", so it's not a leap to say that Mixon can be a special fantasy asset as a rookie. Our models have the second-round pick pegged for 156 rushes, 48 catches, 974 total yards, and 7.4 total touchdowns in a dual-threat role this year.
