Fantasy Football: One Breakout Candidate From Every NFL Team
Hunter Henry flashed big-time upside as a rookie, and he could emerge as a top-tier tight end if he takes the lead role away from Antonio Gates.

Marqise Lee, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

The 2016 season was a rough one for the Jacksonville Jaguars, but Marqise Lee was one of the few bright spots.

After not doing a whole lot his first two seasons, the former second-round pick put together 63 grabs for 851 yards and 3 touchdowns a year ago. By our numbers, he was the Jags' most successful receiver.

PlayerReception NEP/TargetSuccess Rate
Marqise Lee0.6890.47%
Allen Robinson0.5889.04%
Allen Hurns0.4782.85%

No one is saying Lee is a better fantasy asset than Allen Robinson, who saw 45 more targets last season and will continue to be the Jags' top weapon at receiver. But that doesn't take away from the fact that Lee impressed last year, with his Success Rate checking in at 14th among the 60 wideouts who were targeted at least 80 times.

The real battle isn't between Lee and A-Rob anyway; it's Lee versus Allen Hurns for the targets and snaps which come with the number-two role. Per our metrics, Lee should win out.

Because Jacksonville isn't very good and may become more run-heavy with the addition of Leonard Fournette, Lee's ceiling is lower than most of the players on this list. With that said, if he logs another campaign with 100-plus targets, he'll provide a floor not many can offer outside the top 50 wideouts (which is where Lee is going as WR67).
