6 NFL FanDuel Studs to Target in Week 1
Despite a tough matchup against Seattle, Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers could put up some quality numbers. Which other high-end options are worth their lofty salaries?

Greg Olsen, TE, Carolina Panthers

FanDuel Price: $6,600
Projected Points: 11.2

Topping 1,000 receiving yards for the third straight season, Greg Olsen finished with the third-most FanDuel points per game (10.46) among all tight ends last season. He did so while leading all tight ends with 23.33% of his team's targets and finishing with the fifth-highest (23.44%) red zone target percentage at his position.

For the second season in a row, he saw more targets than any other Carolina Panthers player.

In Week 1, Olsen will get the San Francisco 49ers, who allowed him to catch 5 of 8 targets for 122 yards and a touchdown in their Week 2 meeting last season. That was one of eight games last year in which Olsen reached double-digit FanDuel points, and it was the first of his two 20-plus FanDuel point performances.

With no Rob Gronkowski on the main slate, the heavily-used Olsen is the tight end worth paying up for.
