10 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Targets Heading Into Week 3
Samaje Perine stepped into a lead role in Week 2 after Rob Kelley exited with an injury. Perine should be one of this week's top waiver options with Kelley's status up in the air moving forward.

Trevor Siemian, QB, Denver Broncos

Say hello to the overall QB2 in fantasy after two weeks. Trevor Siemian has racked up seven touchdowns in his first two games. While you could write this off as a fluky performance, ignore him at your own risk.

In Week 1, Siemian threw two touchdowns and added a rushing score. On Sunday evening, he threw four touchdowns in a blowout of the Dallas Cowboys

With one of the best wide receiver duos in the league in Emmanuel Sanders and Demaryius Thomas, Siemian has some potential upside. Next week, Siemian and the Denver Broncos will travel to Buffalo. Siemian may not be trustworthy enough to start in standard leagues, but he is turning into a strong QB2 in two-quarterback and superflex formats.
