Charles Clay comes into Week 4 ranked fifth among tight ends in PPR scoring, and everything about his usage points towards a starting fantasy tight end. He's maintained an 82.7% snap rate, which ranks inside the top-10 among tight ends, ahead of the likes of Jimmy Graham, Delanie Walker, and Jordan Reed. He also ranks ninth among tight ends in targets per game (6), which is good for a 23.1% target market share for the Buffalo Bills.
The opportunities should again be there in Week 4, as Clay will face an Atlanta Falcons defense that funnels targets to the middle of the field. Last season, only three teams saw their opponents target tight ends more frequently than the Falcons (9 times per game), and through three games this year, they lead the league with 10.7 tight end targets against per game.
Clay is worth a waiver wire claim, as he not only makes for a strong streaming option this week, but has several appealing matchups on the horizon. If he's available in your league, scoop him up now.
