There hasn't been a ton to be excited about in the Andrew Luck-less passing attack in Indianapolis, but Donte Moncrief has still posted some encouraging numbers.
He ranks in the middle of the pack in Reception NEP per target, with a 0.63 mark that ranks 46th among the 84 wideouts with at least 15 targets, which comes despite Jacoby Brissett's inefficiency.
He hasn't seen a ton of volume, but that has been partially due to the Colts' run-heavy approach. His 16% share of the team's targets and especially solid 32% share of air yards are encouraging marks.
Like Brissett, he gets a nice bump in value from a plus matchup with the 49ers. Luck returning to practice is a good sign that his return -- which should give Moncrief's value an even bigger boost -- isn't too far off.
