Chalk:
Tight end is a bit weird on this slate. Both Travis Kelce and Zach Ertz find themselves in tough matchups, which may leave mid-priced dudes such as Charles Clay, Austin Seferian-Jenkins, and Evan Engram as the most popular plays at the position.
Pivots:
Martellus Bennett, $5,300 (at Dallas Cowboys): Martellus Bennett is rarely a popular daily fantasy play and that isn't likely to change with several other appealing tight ends in the same price range. However, Rodgers made a point that they need to get Bennett more involved, which could pay dividends as early as this week against the Dallas Cowboys.
While Dallas has pretty strong numbers against tight ends this season, a lot of that is likely due to their opponents being teams that don't utilize the position much (Denver Broncos, Cardinals, and Los Angeles Rams over the past three weeks). Dallas was terrible at defending the position last year, allowing the second-most catches, third-most yards, and sixth-most touchdowns to the position.
Even though his production has been modest thus far, Bennett actually leads the team in targets and could be in line for a larger role in the red zone if Davante Adams is forced to miss this game. Don't touch him in cash, but give Marty B a strong look in tournaments. He could go off at low ownership in this projected shootout.
