With Mohamed Sanu sidelined, Taylor Gabriel has been running as the Atlanta Falcons' number-two wide receiver. The diminutive speedster set a season high in targets this week with eight and is likely to continue to see consistent usage if Sanu is unable to play. Inexplicably, however, Gabriel out-targeted a healthy Julio Jones, which is unlikely to continue.
Fortunately for all Falcons pass catchers, they get to face off with a porous New England Patriots secondary that has been hemorrhaging big plays to enemy wideouts. Big plays are the name of Gabriel's game, and combining his increasing usage with a plus matchup makes Gabriel a solid addition.
