The Cleveland Browns can't seem to make up their mind at the quarterback position -- they've switched back and forth between DeShone Kizer and Kevin Hogan this season despite both having struggled to limit turnovers.

It appears as if Kizer may get another chance to start next week against the Tennessee Titans. Tennessee's defense hasn't been a strong fantasy option this season, but they'll be on the map as a potential streamer in a plus matchup.
