Chalk
DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller are both rosterable against the Colts, even with Tom Savage at quarterback. However, their ownership numbers will obviously take a major hit. Both could actually be considered pivots, as people will flee in droves away from the Houston offense despite being in such a great matchup.
With their situation in limbo, it's looking like there will be a strong push for more people to use Dez Bryant. He will likely be the focal point of the Dallas offense against a Kansas City Chiefs team that is giving up the most FanDuel points per game to opposing wideouts. Michael Thomas should have a field day as the Saints take on the porous Tampa Bay Buccaneers passing defense.
Pivots
DeSean Jackson, $6,200 (at New Orleans Saints)
DeSean Jackson has not been a safe DFS play this season. He has only hit two-times value twice on FanDuel, a record that does not lend itself towards cash games. However, he's appealing this week in a stack with Winston in tournaments.
This game has the feeling of Week 6 when the Saints faced the Lions. In that game, the Saints got out to a huge lead, forcing the Lions had to pass nonstop to try and catch up. As a result, both Golden Tate and Marvin Jones each had 96 yards and a score. This week, New Orleans is favored by seven points in a game expected to see 51.5 points. We could easily see a game script similar to the Lions game, which would bode well for Jackson's upside.
He isn't seeing a lot of love in the press this week, either. He's the 25th-most tagged receiver in articles, according to FanShare. It's clear to say, he's not going to be highly owned. With big upside in a potential shootout, Jackson has pivot written all over him.
