Averaging just 1.1 receptions over his past seven games, Fleener has been a serious fantasy football disappointment. In that span, he has not scored a single touchdown, has been held without a catch in two games, never topped 50 receiving yards once and even posted negative yardage in one game.
So what is he doing on this list then, you ask?
Well, he has an extremely good matchup in Week 11 against Washington, a team that has given up at least five receptions to seven different tight ends already this season. Three opposing tight ends have topped 85 receiving yards versus Washington, and four of them have found the end zone.
Especially with heavily-owned tight ends Jack Doyle and Austin Seferian-Jenkins on a bye in Week 11, Fleener provides a solid one-week streaming option with his quality matchup.
