The Jaguars' offense is also in a prime position to flourish against a Cleveland Browns defense that ranks 28th-overall, according to Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP.
Although Blake Bortles has thrown multiple touchdowns only once this season, the Browns have surrendered an average line of 242.6 yards and 2.1 touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks. Only the Houston Texans have allowed a higher percentage of fantasy points to the position.
Allen Hurns (already ruled out Sunday) has accounted for 17.9% of Jacksonville's targets this year. Without Hurns, Marqise Lee should benefit immensely. He's quietly amassed the 12th-highest target share (25.22%) among all receivers in the last three weeks and now faces a Cleveland unit allowing 8.7 yards per attempt to opposing wideouts, although Jason McCourty's return gives the Browns' secondary a lift.
Marcedes Lewis could also be in store for a big day, seeing as Cleveland has allowed 18.8 fantasy points per game to the tight end position. It only helps that Lewis ran the most routes of any tight end in Week 10 (via PFF).
