The Browns have allowed the most points to opposing fantasy defenses, as DeShone Kizer continues to turn the ball over at a rapid rate. They're one of the strongest plays at the position in Week 14, although they won't be a strong option in tougher matchups against the Carolina Panthers and Minnesota Vikings to close out the fantasy season.
