By now you've probably seen and heardevery article and podcast in the industry discussing Giovani Bernard's opportunity with the Cincinnati Bengals this Sunday. That makes sense. He was available on most waiver wires prior to Wednesday and is currently tied with Eddie Lacy and Jacquizz Rodgers for the 51st-highest FanDuel salary ($5,100) among running backs.

Lacy and Rodgers, however, were in on only 4.84% and 6.58% of their team's offensive snaps last week, respectively. With Joe Mixon available for only 17 of 64 (26.56%) offensive snaps in Week 13 due to suffering a concussion, Bernard played 44 of 64 (68.75%) snaps off the bench and was the only back to touch the ball behind Mixon.

WIth Mixon expected to miss Cincinnati's matchup against the Chicago Bears, Bernard's role in the passing game alone provides a safe floor for those looking for value.
