The San Francisco 49ers' passing game is one to believe in again as they showed renewed life with the switch to Jimmy Garoppolo. In the quarterback's start against the Chicago Bears, his second-favorite target of the day was rookie slot receiver, Trent Taylor, who he threw to six times. Taylor hauled in all of his targets for a career-high 6 catches and 92 yards in a win over Chicago.
Taylor isn't some one-off, flash-in-the-pan, either -- he had averaged 3 receptions and 32.3 yards in the four games before that performance.
Against a soft Texans secondary, Taylor and the rest of the Niners' passing attack could be primed for a big performance. Houston allows the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing wideouts with 10 different receivers recording at least 4 catches and 60 yards against them.
