It's hard recommending a player who has averaged just 54.61 percent of snaps, but it's even harder finding serviceable tight ends these days. Eric Ebron hasn't been lighting it up this season, but he did draw a team-high 11 targets on Sunday.
Despite not playing an ideal number of snaps each game, Ebron hasn't had fewer than three targets all season. He's had five or more fantasy points each week since the Lions' bye, which isn't so bad in the world of fantasy tight ends.
If the Lions are forced to throw the ball more without Ameer Abdullah, Ebron could be a sneaky beneficiary of that increased volume. Matthew Stafford's 44 attempts in Week 14 set up his season-high 36 completions. That's a lot of passing volume, which can really benefit a tight end in PPR formats.
