Rod Smith has quietly played some really significant snaps for the Dallas Cowboys since Ezekiel Elliott went down.
He has out-snapped Alfred Morris in three of the five games since that time, not playing fewer than 40% of the team's offensive snaps in any of those five contests. He doesn't see a ton of work on the ground, though he has averaged a reasonably 8.3 carries per game over his last four, but he has seen at least 5 targets in two games.
The Oakland Raiders rank 31st in pass defense, per our metrics. They are allowing the league's seventh-most receptions per game as well as above-average yards per target to opposing running backs. Smith doesn't have an especially high floor in this one, but doing a lot of his work in the passing game gives him a really interesting upside, especially in PPR leagues.
