DraftKings Price: $4,700
OK, raise your hands -- how many of you started Keelan Cole over other Jacksonville Jaguars receivers last week? Yeah, not too many.
Cole's stock had been trending up going into last week as he had touchdowns in Weeks 13 and 14. However, he only had three targets in each of those games, which threw people off the scent of a good play. His nine targets led the team last week, however, en route to a magical 186-yard, one-touchdown game, although Marqise Lee's early injury certainly helped Cole's situation.
Cole is in a nice spot again this week as the Jags face off against the porous San Francisco 49ers 'defense, a unit that ranks 30th against the pass, per our metrics, and one that has allowed massive games to both DeAndre Hopkins and Rishard Matthews in the past two weeks. In addition to the solid matchup, Lee is going to miss the game. With Lee out, Cole's target floor is solidified.
Cole is the WR4 in PPR leagues over the past three weeks; only DeAndre Hopkins, Michael Thomas, and Tyreek Hill have more points during that stretch. He's a solid play in all formats, and this will likely be the last week his price will be low enough to be in this article. He's still more of a tournament option, but his floor is inching ever higher, so using him in cash games isn't off the table.
