The 10 Least Efficient Wide Receivers in 2017
When it comes to efficiency, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Breshad Perriman didn't have a great year. Which other wideouts joined him?

3. Rashard Higgins, Cleveland Browns

50 targets, 27 receptions, 312 yards, 2 touchdowns

-0.29 Target NEP per target

Rashard Higgins did get his season off to a fast start, reeling in 7 of 11 targets for 95 yards in Week 2 against the Baltimore Ravens.

However, it would take him another six games to amass seven more receptions, while his next seven games resulted in just 89 receiving yards. He partially emerged from his slumber against the Steelers in Week 17 with 3 catches for 68 yards, but it didn't mask a year in which he caught no more than two passes 13 different times.

As the third Browns wide receiver to appear here, it's easy to conclude that the team's strength in 2017 did not come in targeting its wide receivers.
