Fantasy Football: 10 Veterans Who Benefited From the NFL Draft
DeVante Parker appears set for a high-volume role in Miami. Which other veterans were positively impacted by their teams' 2018 drafts?

Lamar Miller and D'Onta Foreman, RB, Houston Texans

The Houston Texans did nothing to improve at the running back position this offseason beyond re-signing perennial backup Alfred Blue for a one-year deal worth $880,000. That means the team must be confident in Lamar Miller and D'Onta Foreman.

Foreman is coming off an Achilles injury and may not be ready for the start of the season. Miller posted an underwhelming 3,7 yards per run and was losing work to Foreman prior to Foreman's injury, but volume helped him finish as the PPR RB16 in 2017.

Once Foreman is healthy, this could be a winner-take-all battle between Foreman and Miller for feature-back duties. With superstar quarterback Deshaun Watson set to return, Houston should have a high-powered offense, so whoever sits atop their running back depth chart will have value.

For now, it looks like Miller is in the driver's seat until we get some positive news regarding Foreman's health, but his is a situation to monitor this summer.
