Best Pick: Andrew Luck
Betting on Andrew Luck this season still seems to be a risky proposition, given that he has yet to throw following his 2017 shoulder issues. Getting him as the QB13 in our last round, however, is a great buy-low opportunity. Luck finished as fantasy's QB4 in his last healthy season in 2016, and the addition of former Eagles' Offensive Coordinator Frank Reich as head coach should lead to a more aggressive, up-tempo passing attack.
When analyzing the "ceiling" players chosen in this round, Corey Coleman is the only other candidate in the same conversation as Luck (and even that is a stretch). Again, looking for high-ceiling, low-floor players this late in the draft can be very advantageous. Luck certainly fits that bill here.
