Fantasy Football: One Running Back to Target in Each Round of Your Draft

Lamar Miller, Houston Texans

ADP: 4.08 (RB22)

With D'Onta Foreman's health still up in the air, Lamar Miller is penciled in as a bell-cow back in what should be a high-flying Texans attack.

While we shouldn't expect Deshaun Watson to replicate his lights-out pace from 2017 -- his 9.3% touchdown rate is bound to regress -- there's no denying that Watson gives all of the Texans' skill players a boost in the upside department.

Miller is no exception.

From Week 3 to Week 7 last season -- Watson's last five starts -- Miller found the end zone four times (two rushing scores and two receiving scores). And he got at least three targets in four of the five outings.

The efficiency was lacking last year, but on the strength of 238 carries and 45 targets (36 catches), Miller produced a PPR RB16 campaign. He's our RB18 this season as we project him to garner very similar volume -- 224 carries and 35 receptions -- so unless Foreman's injury outlook improves drastically, Miller makes for a worthwhile stab in the back half of the fourth round.
