Ryan Tannehill is set to make his regular-season return after missing all of 2017 with a torn ACL. He gets a rather inviting matchup as the Miami Dolphins host the Tennessee Titans.
Per our numbers, the Titans are projected to have the 12th-worst defense in 2018, and there's a chance they're not at full strength, with Derrick Morgan and Harold Landry, two of Tennessee's top pass rushers, expected to sit.
Another plus in Tannehill's corner is that he has been much better at home throughout his career.
Split | Games | Touchdowns | Picks | Adjusted Yards/Attempt | Rating |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Home | 39 | 61 | 29 | 7.07 | 89.9 |
Road | 38 | 45 | 37 | 6.30 | 83.2 |
With a depleted receiver corps -- DeVante Parker looks iffy, at best -- Tannehill's upside isn't great. But the home matchup against a weakened Tennessee D puts him on the streaming radar in deeper leagues.
