10 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Targets Heading Into Week 2

Phillip Dorsett, WR, New England Patriots

Yahoo Ownership Percentage: 3%

We want to go after the guys who are getting targets in good offenses.

Well, Phillip Dorsett certainly fits the bill. He saw 7 targets in Week 1 from Tom Brady, parlaying that into a highly efficient 7 grabs for 66 yards and a score. While it remains to be seen how Dorsett's target share will be impacted by the eventual return of Julian Edelman, there's a chance that Dorsett turns into a poor's man Brandin Cooks as he fills the role of the vacated Cooks.

Remember, we are talking about a former first-round pick with 4.33 wheels. If Dorsett has turned the corner in his development, you won't want to miss out.

You're not playing him next week against Jacksonville Jaguars, but Dorsett is a fascinating stash as a guy seeing meaningful volume in one of the league's most high-octane offenses.
