4 NFL FanDuel Studs to Target in Week 2
Coming off a big Week 1, Drew Brees and the Saints' offense is in a great spot at home against the Browns. Who joins him among our best high-priced plays?

Michael Thomas, WR, New Orleans Saints

FanDuel Price: $8,800
Projected Points: 16.4

With the Saints having such a high implied total, playing both a running back and wide receiver from their team is certainly not out of the question this week, especially when that wide receiver is Michael Thomas. Thomas was targeted an immense 17 times in Week 1. The next-closest wide receiver on the Saints was Ted Ginn Jr., with just six targets of his own. And Thomas caught all but one of his targets, besting the previous franchise record by two receptions.

Thomas moves around the formation quite a bit, but he will likely spend significant time lining up across from Terrance Mitchell, who ranked 87th among 99 qualifying cornerbacks in terms of Pro Football Focus' coverage grade in Week 1.

With a very sweet matchup and insanely heavy volume, Thomas is locked in to put up another big score up in the Saints' home opener this Sunday. Just make sure he's back from the illness that kept him out of Wednesday's practice session.
